I love yellow.  It is a color that makes me happy.  In more ways than one.

I’ll leave it at that.

Ingredients:

• 5 oz. Vodka
• 2 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
• 10 oz. Pineapple juice
• 2 Splashes of lime juice
• Pineapple chunks
• Ice

Directions:

• Put the ice and the liquid ingredients in a martini shaker.
• Shake until cold.
• Place 3 pineapple chunks at the bottom of a martini glass.
• Pour.
• Garnish with a pineapple chunk on the rim.

Serves: 2-3
