Three Meat Pasta

This dish is not for the vegetarians among us.  It is loaded with flavorful meats, cheeses and, oh yeah, pasta.  Put all this together, bake in the oven and the final result is a wonderful dish, which you know you shouldn’t eat too often, but which also will make you one happy and satisfied customer in the end.  Add to it a glass of white wine and this “comfort food” dish is complete.

  • 1 lb. angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, off the bone
  • 2 cups cooked sausage, cut 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1-2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large pot, boil salted water for angel hair pasta.
  • When cooked, drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix together the chicken, sausage, ham, onions, cheddar cheese and cottage cheese.
  • Add the pasta and gently mix the meat & cheese mixture all the way through the pasta
  • In a separate small pot, dissolve bouillon cubes with hot water and pour over the meat and pasta.
  • Pour mixture into a 9×12-inch greased baking dish and top with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the dish bubbles around the edges.
